My parents both loved exploring different countries and cultures, so I had the opportunity to travel the  world in the early years already. When I was 6 years old, I knew that I would run a hotel, when I grow up. After school, I joined the Steigenberger Hotel Training School in Bad Reichenhall, where I received the foundation for all further achievements in my career. The following years in hotel operations were increasing my passion for the hospitality industry even further. I had started in the F&B department and then made my way in Rooms Division until I took a General Manager position. After 13 years in hotel operations I moved to the market leader company in hotel software, where I was able to use all my experience and idealism to consult hotels during their software implementation projects. 2007 I joined a hotel portal, advising hotel partners on rate management and doing internal quality assurance for the enterprise. Two years later I founded my own company. BAGO Hotel Solutions is servicing different areas in the Hospitality Industry. Vocational education seems to give me the power to improve the world a little. Consulting for independent hotels and international hotel companies in various countries is a wonderful opportunity to work with the whole world and make others successful by finding solutions for their challenges.
