Niall Murray specialises in large integrated resorts, hotels and casinos with a focus on strategic and operations development, performance optimization, human resource management, and in the pre-opening process.
Niall has over 30 years of international experience and has led pre-opening operations development, performance optimization, designed guest service standards, operating procedures, human resource management processes, training and development and created an exceptional work environments for a number of world’s most successful Integrated Resorts. Niall has held progressive strategic consulting and senior executive positions with MGM Macau and Cotai, SJM, The Venetian and Sands in Macau; The Venetian and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas; Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Omni and Sheraton Hotels in the US and Canada; and the Disneyland Resort in Paris.
Niall is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin with a B.Sc. in Management, and from Dublin College of Catering with a Higher Diploma in Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Management. He is a Senior Professional in HRM with the Society of Human Resource Management.
He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, the Institute of Management Consultants and the Project Management Institute. He is an experienced trainer and public speaker and has presented at the Integrated Resort Conference, G2E, Gaming Executive Forum and the Japan Gaming Congress.
